|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية في التوجه الاستراتيجي، إذ تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة وجهة نظر القيادات الإدارية العليا بخصوص عمليات إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية من تشخيص، وتوليد وتخزين ومشاركة وتطبيق للمعرفة ومدى تأثيرها في اختيار التوجه الاستراتيجي الأنسب. وأجري البحث في وزارة الثقافة والآثار، إذ تم الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة من خلال توزيع الاستبانة التي أعدت لهذا الغرض على القيادات الإدارية في الوزارة ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها: أن الإدارة العليا تشارك وبشكل كبير في تطوير الخدمات السياحية كما أن هناك تأثير واضح لإدارة المعرفة التنظيمية في التوجه الاستراتيجي وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: ينبغي أن تضع القيادات الإدارية العليا في وزارة الثقافة والآثار طرق تخزين المعرفة ضمن واهتماماتها من خلال العمل أولوياتها على وضع استراتيجية واضحة.
|b The aim of the research is to identify the impact of organizational knowledge management on strategic direction, as this study seeks to know the point of view of senior administrative leaders regarding the processes of organizational knowledge management of diagnosis, generation, storage, sharing and application of knowledge and the extent of their influence in choosing the most appropriate strategic direction. The research was conducted in the Ministry of Culture and Antiquities, and the necessary information was obtained by distributing the questionnaire prepared for this purpose to the administrative leadership in the ministry.The study reached a set of results, the most important of which were: that senior management participates significantly in developing tourism services, and there is a clear impact of organizational knowledge management on strategic direction. In light of these results, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The senior administrative leadership in the Ministry of Culture and Antiquities should place methods for storing knowledge among their priorities and concerns by working to develop a clear strategy.
