|a تحاول هذه الدراسة الوقوف على علاقة بعض فصائل الحشد الشعبي بإيران، إذ لا يذكر العراق اليوم إلا وتذكر إيران معه؛ بوصفها دولة فاعلة بقوة في الميادين العراقية المتنوعة، ولاسيما في الميادين العسكرية والسياسية. وإيران، كما هو معلوم، دولة إقليمية قوية تبحث عن مصالحها الإقليمية والدولية. ستركز الدراسة على بعض الفصائل (الميليشيات) العراقية المسلحة التي تمتلك قدرات عسكرية وسياسية كبيرة في الداخل العراقي، وهي مرتبطة صراحة بإيران.
|b The current study attempts to determine the relationship of some factions of the Popular Mobilization Forces “Al-Hashd Al-Sha’bi” with Iran, as Iraq is not mentioned today unless Iran is mentioned as an effective state, and strongly, in various Iraqi fields, especially the military and political fields. Iran, as is known, is a strong regional state that seeks its regional and international interests, and the study will focus on some Iraqi armed factions, militias, that possess great military and political capabilities inside Iraq, and are explicitly linked to Iran.
