|a هدف المقال الكشف عن درجة إدارة الأزمات التربوية وعلاقتها بالإدارة الاستراتيجية لدى أمناء اللوازم بالمدارس، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) من أمناء اللوازم بالمدارس بلواء القويرة منطقة بدبة حانوت، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن نسبة مستوى إدارة الأزمات الخاصة بطلبة المدارس لدى أمناء اللوازم بالمدارس بلغت (82.3%) وهو مستوى عال، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن نسبة مستوى الإدارة الاستراتيجية لدى أمناء اللوازم بالمدارس بلغت (83.4%) وهو مستوى عال، وتوصلت إلى أنه توجد علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية في إدارة الأزمات التربوية والإدارة الاستراتيجية لدى أمناء اللوازم بالمدارس، كما وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إدارة الأزمات التربوية، والإدارة الاستراتيجية تبعا لمتغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخدمة.
|b The article aimed to reveal the degree of educational crisis management and its relationship to strategic management among school supplies secretaries. The study sample consisted of (70) school supplies secretaries in the Al-Quweira District, Dibba Hanout area. The study concluded that the level of crisis management for school students among school supplies secretaries reached (82.3%), which is a high level. The results of the study also indicated that the percentage of the level of strategic management among school supplies secretaries reached (83.4%), which is a high level. It concluded that there is a positive, statistically significant relationship in educational crisis management and strategic management among school supplies secretaries. The study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences in educational crisis management and strategic management according to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of service.
