|a هدف البحث التعرف على درجة امتلاك معلمي العلوم للمرحلة الأساسية في محافظة إربد لمهارات استخدام استراتيجية التدريس العلاجي من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (235) معلما ومعلمة من مدارس المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة إربد، وتم تطبيق استبانة لقياس درجة امتلاك معلمي العلوم للمرحلة الأساسية لمهارات استخدام استراتيجية التدريس العلاجي. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن مستوى ممارسة أفراد عينة الدراسة لمهارات استخدام استراتيجية التدريس العلاجي جاء بدرجة مرتفعة. وأظهرت النتائج أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند درجة (α ≤ 0.05) بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة امتلاك معلمي العلوم للمرحلة الأساسية لمهارات استخدام استراتيجية التدريس العلاجي تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة امتلاك معلمي العلوم للمرحلة الأساسية لمهارات استخدام استراتيجية التدريس العلاجي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. وأوصى البحث بتحفيز المعلمين لاستخدام استراتيجية التدريس العلاجي.
|b The article aimed to identify the degree to which science teachers of the Basic Stage in Irbid possess the skills of using the remedial teaching strategy from the teachers' point of view. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive method was used. The research sample consisted of (235) male and female teachers from basic schools in Irbid governorate. A questionnaire was applied to measure the degree of basic stage science teachers' possession of the skills of using the remedial teaching strategy. The results showed that the level of practice of the study sample of the skills of using the remedial teaching strategy was high. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the respondents' responses about the degree of basic stage science teachers' possession of the skills of using the remedial teaching strategy due to the gender variable. And there are statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between the respondents' responses about the degree of basic stage science teachers' possession of the skills of using the remedial teaching strategy due to the variable years of experience. The research recommended motivating teachers to use the remedial teaching strategy.
