|a استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى بناء القدرات المؤسسية بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، رصد واقع تحقيق الإصلاح الإداري بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، تحديد العلاقة بين بناء القدرات المؤسسية وتحقيق الإصلاح الإداري بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، رصد الصعوبات التي تواجه إسهامات بناء القدرات المؤسسية في تحقيق الإصلاح الإداري بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، والتوصل إلى آليات تخطيطية مقترحة لتفعيل إسهامات بناء القدرات المؤسسية في تحقيق الإصلاح الإداري بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة أسيوط وعددهم (158) مفرده، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبيان للمسئولين حول بناء القدرات المؤسسية وتحقيق الإصلاح الإداري بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى قبول فروض الدراسة.
|b The study aimed to Determine the level of Institutional Capacity building in social care Institutions, monitor the reality of Achieving Administrative reform in social care institutions, Identify the relationship between Institutional Capacity building and achieving Administrative reform in social care Institutions, Monitor the difficulties facing the Contributions of institutional capacity building in achieving Administrative reform in social care institutions, and reach To proposed planning mechanisms to activate the contributions of institutional capacity building in achieving administrative reform in social welfare institutions. This study is considered a descriptive study. The study relied on the comprehensive social survey approach of officials in the Youth and Sports Directorate in Assiut Governorate, numbering (158) individuals. The study tools were a questionnaire for officials about Building institutional capacities and achieving administrative reform in social care institutions. The results of the study led to acceptance of the study hypotheses.
