His feet must work in a regular and controlled manner so that he can save his efforts to perform other basic movements that the situation may require. Movements are closely related to skills. There are skills that require quick movement, such as dropped balls and batted balls. Gliding discs consist of plates in the form of plates made of plastic or nylon, depending on the type of floor in their outer part, and on the inside they consist of polyethylene. The material used in coating the discs allows movements on rugs or carpets, but it is not intended for uneven floors and floors with defects. superficiality, Fit Light training works to improve the level of skill performance and increase the ability to perform in specialized sports. It works to develop the physical and coordination capabilities of players, which leads to producing a great deal of response speed, agility, and coordination, which helps in reaching the desired athletic level.
