|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الموارد اللازمة لتوفير الأمن والسلامة في المنشآت الرياضية من خلال التعرف على: ١- الموارد المادية اللازمة لتوفير الأمن والسلامة في المنشآت الرياضية. ٢- الموارد البشرية اللازمة لتوفير الأمن والسلامة في المنشآت الرياضية. 3- الموارد التكنولوجية والنظم المعلوماتية اللازمة لتوفير الأمن والسلامة في المنشآت الرياضية. واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، وتمثل مجتمع البحث جميع المستويات الإدارية المسئولة عن المنشآت الرياضية بمحافظة الغربية متمثلا في أعضاء مجالس إدارات الأندية بمحافظة الغربية، مدراء الملاعب والصالات الرياضية بالأندية بمحافظة الغربية، العاملين (الإداريين) بالملاعب والصالات الرياضية بالأندية بمحافظة الغربية، الأجهزة الفنية والإدارية والطبية واللاعبين والحكام بالأندية بمحافظة الغربية، جمهور المستفيدين من المنشآت الرياضية بمحافظة الغربية. واختار الباحثون عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية، وبلغ عددهم (٥٢٠) فردا، وقد قام الباحثون بتقسيمهم إلى عدد (٦٠) فرد لإيجاد المعاملات العلمية لاستمارة الاستبيان "صدق- ثبات"، وعدد (٦٠) فرد لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية، وعدد (٤٠٠) فرد لإجراء التطبيق النهائي لاستمارة الاستبيان. واستخدم الباحثون في جمع بيانات البحث استمارة استبيان من تصميم الباحثين، وتوصل الباحثون إلى كاميرات المراقبة الحديثة داخل المنشأة الرياضية وكذلك في محيطها، تخصيص غرفة خاصة مصممة بأحدث الأجهزة التكنولوجية ومتصلة بالكاميرات لتفريغها ومتابعة الأحداث، وضع البروتوكولات بين وزارة الداخلية ووزارة الصحة ووزارة الشباب والرياضة والوزارات المختصة لتوفير الأمن والسلامة بالمنشآت الرياضية، الكوادر الإدارية والفنية المؤهلة لتنفيذ خطة الأمن والسلامة وفقا للكفاءة، واستخدام نظم المعلومات في إحداث التكامل والترابط بين أفراد فريق العمل بالمنشآت الرياضية.
|b The research aimed to identify the resources necessary to provide security and safety in sports facilities by identifying. 1- Material resources necessary to provide security and safety in sports facilities. 2- The necessary human resources to provide security and safety in sports facilities. 3- Technological resources and information systems necessary to provide security and safety in sports facilities The researchers used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research community represented all administrative levels responsible for sports facilities in Gharbia Governorate, represented by members of the boards of directors of clubs in Gharbia Governorate, managers of stadiums and sports halls in clubs in Gharbia Governorate, employees (administrators) of stadiums and gyms in clubs in Gharbia Governorate, equipment Technical, administrative, medical, players and referees in clubs in Gharbia Governorate, and the beneficiaries of sports facilities in Gharbia Governorate. The researchers chose the research sample in a random way, and they numbered (520) individuals, and the researchers divided them into (60) individuals to find the scientific coefficients for the questionnaire "truth-reliability", and (60) individuals to conduct the exploratory study, and (400) individuals to conduct the final application of the questionnaire form. In collecting research data, the researchers used a questionnaire designed by the researchers, and the researchers found modern surveillance cameras inside the sports facility as well as in its surroundings, allocating a special room designed with the latest technological devices and connected to cameras to unload them and follow up on events, setting protocols between the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the relevant ministries To provide security and safety in sports facilities, qualified administrative and technical cadres to implement the security and safety plan according to efficiency, and the use of information systems to bring about integration and interdependence between members of the sports facilities team.
