|a هدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة التجارة الإلكترونية وأهميتها وآثارها على نواحي الحياة المعاصرة لاسيما الجوانب الاقتصادية منها، وكذلك مناقشة أبرز السمات التي تميز التجارة الإلكترونية واستعراض أهم الأنماط المختلفة للتجارة الإلكترونية والعقبات التي تقف في وجه هذا النوع من التجارة والتعريف بما هو العقد الإلكتروني وأطرافه واهم أنواعه. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الأهمية البالغة لهذه الثورة المعلوماتية وتطورها السريع، وآثارها المستقبلية المحتملة.
