|a اهتمت هذه الدراسة بالتطرق لموضوع البيئة ومدى تأثرها ببعض السلوكات السلبية من طرف الإنسان، أين لم تتمكن القوانين الوضعية والتشريعات المحلية والدولية وكافة التعليمات في إطار الاتفاقيات والمواثيق للحد من خطورة الوضع البيئي القائم، خصوصا أن هذه الظاهرة تشهد تطورا مما يستعدي الحاجة الملحة إلى التنشئة على قيم واتجاهات تكون بمثابة آليات للضبط الاجتماعي للإنسان ومواجهة كافة النشاطات غير العقلانية في حق البيئة، كما أن الدين قد أولى البيئة اهتمامه وعنايته، وذلك من خلال منظومة متكاملة من التوجيهات والمبادئ بهدف حماية البيئة بكافة أشكالها ومكوناتها ما يمنع من الاعتداء عليها أو إهدارها أو استنزاف مواردها، وسنحاول من خلال هذا المقال إبراز دور مساهمة الدين في حماية البيئية بناء على التشريع والتصور الإسلامي المعالج لقضية البيئة.
|b This study was interested in addressing the theme of the environment and the extent to which it is affected by certain negative behaviors on the part of man, where local and international laws and legislation and all the instructions within the framework of conventions and charters have not been able to reduce the severity of the existing environmental situation, in particular that this phenomenon is developing, which implies the need for education on values and trends; serve as a mechanism of social control of man and counteract all irrational activities in environmental law. As well as religion has also paid attention to the environment through an integrated system of guidelines and principles in order to protect the environment in all its forms and components, which prevents it from being attacked, wasted or exhausted of its resources, and in this article we will try to highlight the role of religion's contribution to environmental protection based on legislation and Islamic perception that addresses the environmental theme.
