|a هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر استخدام الأنظمة الخبيرة في القيادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها (تطوير رأس المال البشري، إرساء ثقافة تنظيمية فاعلة، استكشاف الكفاءات والمحافظة عليها، التأكيد على الممارسات الأخلاقية) لدى العاملين بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر/ بسكرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية، حيث تم جمع 45 استبيان، وبعد التحليل باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي للأنظمة الخبيرة في القيادة الاستراتيجية بكافة بأبعادها بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر/ بسكرة وأوصت الدراسة على ضرورة التوسع في استخدام الأنظمة الخبيرة بشكل أكبر وتدريب العاملين عليها لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي المتسارع.
|b The study aimed to test the impact of the use of expert systems in strategic leadership in its dimensions (development of human capital, establishing an effective organizational culture, exploring and maintaining competencies, emphasizing ethical practices) among employees of the Algiers Communications Corporation/Biskra, and to achieve the objectives of the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting preliminary data, where 45 questionnaires were collected, and after analysis using the SPSS statistical analysis program, The study found that there is a positive impact in the strategic leadership in all its dimensions at the Algiers Telecommunications Corporation/Biskra and recommended that the study should expand the use of expert systems further and train their employees to keep pace with the rapid technological development.
