|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تقدير مديري مدارس البادية الشمالية الغربية لأهمية التدريب الإداري وعلاقته بمستوى التطوير التنظيمي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، واختيار عينة قصدية تكونت من (145) مديراً ومديرةً، طبقت عليهم استبانة تم تطويرها تكونت من محورين الأول لقياس درجة تقدير أهمية التدريب الإداري وتكون من (16) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي: (الإداري والفني والاجتماعي)، أما المحور الثاني فكان لقياس مستوى التطوير التنظيمي وتكون من (21) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات وهي: (الإجراءات الإدارية والتطوير والتقييم للموارد البشرية والهيكل التنظيمي والوسائل التكنولوجية)، وذلك بعد أن تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تقدير أهمية التدريب الإداري لدى مديري مدارس البادية الشمالية الغربية من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة كبيرة جدا. وأن مستوى التطوير التنظيمي لدى مديري مدارس البادية الشمالية الغربية من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة كبيرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية طردية دالة إحصائياً بين مجالات التدريب الإداري ومجالات التطوير التنظيمي.
|b This study aimed to identify the degree to which principals of Northwestern Badia schools appreciate the importance of administrative training and its relationship to the level of organizational development. To achieve the aim of the study, a descriptive, correlational survey method was used. A purposive sample of (145) was selected. A male and female director from the Directorate of Education in the Northwestern Desert in Jordan applied to them a questionnaire that consisted of two axes. The first was to measure the degree of appreciation of the importance of administrative training and included three areas: administrative, technical, and social. The number of its items reached (16) items, while the second axis was to measure the level of development. The organizational framework included four areas: administrative procedures, development and evaluation of human resources, organizational structure and technological means. The number of its paragraphs reached (21) after its validity and reliability were verified. The study concluded that the degree of appreciation of the importance of administrative training among school principals in the northwestern desert, from their point of view, was very high, as the administrative field ranked first, the technical field ranked second, and the social field ranked third. The results of the study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the variables. Gender, academic qualification, and years of experience. The results of the study showed that the level of organizational development among the principals of schools in the northwestern desert, from their point of view, came to a high degree, as the first place was the field of development and evaluation of human resources, the second place was the field of technological means, the third place was the field of administrative procedures, and the fourth place was the organizational structure. The results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of appreciation of the importance of organizational development, which was attributed to the effect of the variables gender, academic qualification, and years of experience. The results of the study revealed that there is a positive, positive correlation between the areas of administrative training and the areas of organizational development. In light of the results, the study recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which is encouraging school principals to exchange experiences in the organizational development process, taking into account the opinions of school principals when preparing administrative training programs, and providing the school with technological means. necessary to bring about organizational development.
