المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى واقع آليات تطبيق الإدارة الذاتية في مدارس التعليم العام في القطاع الشمالي لمدينة ينبع في ضوء التحول الرقمي من وجهة نظر مديريها ومعلميها، والتعرف على معرفة مدى فروق الدالة إحصائياً أفراد العينة لواقع تطبيق الإدارة الذاتية في المدارس المدارة ذاتياً في القطاع الشمالي بمدينة ينبع باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة: (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، الكلية، الوظيفة، القطاع)، والتعرف المجالات الثمانية التي تحد من تطبيق الإدارة الذاتية في مدارس التعليم العام المدارة ذاتياً في القطاع الشمالي لمدنية ينبع من وجهات نظر مديرها ومعلميها، تم تبني المنهج الوصفي عبر توزيع استبانة على عينة الدراسة وقدرها ( ۱۱۹٥) معلماً ومعلمة من كلا الجنسين في (٤٦) مدرسة موزعين على (۸) مجالات وهما (تفويض الصلاحيات المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار، أداء الطلبة، المتابعة والمحاسبة، المعوقات الإدارية والمالية، المعوقات البشرية، النمو المهني، العلاقة مع المجتمع المحلي)، وإشارات النتائج إلى وجود تطبيق للإدارة الذاتية بدرجة كبيرة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير القطاعات في مجال تفويض الصلاحيات، وجود ضعف في الإمكانات المادية للتطوير ومحدودية الصلاحيات الممنوحة للمعلمين والمعلمات، وجود صعوبة في إقناع المستويات العليا بأهمية تفويض السلطات، وأيضاً وجود ضعف في مشاركة المجتمع المحلي في وضع أهداف المدرسة وخطتها، كما كشفت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لواقع تطبيق الإدارة الذاتية في المدارس المدارة ذاتياً في القطاع الشمالي بمدينة ينبع باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة: (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، الكلية، الوظيفة).

This study aimed to identify the reality of the mechanisms of applying self-management in public education schools in the northern sector of the city of Najran in light of the digital transformation from the point of view of its directors and teachers, and to identify the extent of statistically speaking differences in the function of the sample members of the reality of the application of self-management in the self-management schools in the northern sector of the city Najran differs according to the variables of the study: (gender, years of experience, academic qualification, college, job, sector), and the identification of the eight areas that limit the application of self-management in self-administered public education schools in the northern sector of Najran from the perspectives of its director and teachers, the curriculum was adopted Descriptive through the distribution of a questionnaire on the study sample of (1195) male and female teachers of both sexes in (46) schools distributed into (8) areas, namely (delegation of powers, participation in decision-making, student performance, follow-up and accountability, administrative and financial obstacles, human obstacles, Professional growth, relationship with the local community), and the results indicate the existence of an application of self-management to a large extent, the existence of statistically significant differences according to the variable of sectors in the field of delegation of powers, The existence of weakness in the financial capabilities for development, the limited powers granted to male and female teachers, the difficulty in convincing the higher levels of the importance of delegating the authorities, and also the weakness in the participation of the local community in setting the school's goals and plan, as the study revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample estimates. The reality of the application of self-management in self-management schools in the northern sector of Najran city according to different study variables: (gender, years of experience, academic qualification, college, job)
