المستخلص: The study aimed to find out whether the environmental dimension has an effective impact that rises to the degree of the social and economic dimensions, by using the standard estimation of the panel models. The result concluded that there is a strong and effective impact of the environmental dimension variables on the dependent variable (the sustainable development index), where the average elasticity modulus of the environmental variables reached 14%, which is a strong percentage as it ranked second after the economic variables, in which the elasticity modulus was 21%. This is from an economic point of view, but from a statistical one, the coefficient of the environmental dimension variable has statistical significance. So, the variables of the environmental dimension rise to the required level in terms of the strength of influence, This is confirmed by the modern theory of the concept of development (sustainable development).
