|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسات القيادة الملهمة في العملية التعليمية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك بالإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي التالي: كيف يمكن تطوير ممارسات القيادة الملهمة بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة كفر الشيخ؟ وتوصل البحث إلى أن العمليات الصفية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي تتطلب وجود معلمين ذو قيادة ملهمة على قدر عالي من الثقة بالنفس والتوجه الاستراتيجي كما يمكنه إدارة التغيير مع تمكين الطلاب لديه من الأعمال المطلوبة مما يساعد على نجاح أهداف المؤسسات التعليمية ونجاح مهماتها في المستقبل وقد يسهم البحث في وضع بعض الآليات المقترحة لممارسة القيادة الملهمة بالتعليم الأساسي بمصر.
|b The current research aims to identify the reality of inspiring leadership practices in the educational process in basic education schools in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. The research used the descriptive approach by answering the following main question: How can inspirational leadership practices be developed in basic education schools in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate? The research concluded that classroom operations in basic education schools require the presence of teachers with inspiring leadership with a high degree of self-confidence and strategic orientation. They can also manage change while empowering their students to do the required work, which helps in the success of the goals of educational institutions and the success of their missions in the future. The research may contribute to developing Some proposed mechanisms for practicing inspirational leadership in basic education in Egypt.
