المستخلص: لاشك أن القرآن الكريم هو الرسالة الإلهية الخالدة الذي أنزله الله سبحانه ليكون منهاج الحياة ودستورها، وحاكما ومهيمنا على البشرية وبرامجها، ومن خصائص هذا الكتاب الحكيم تبيانه للأحكام مجملا دون خوض في التفاصيل إلا قليلا، ومن صور إجماله إشاراته إلى القواعد والأسس والكليات والمقاصد؛ كي تكون مرجعا وأصولا تبنى عليها الأحكام على اختلاف الزمكان، ولا ريب أن الاهتداء بتلك القواعد والمقاصد وفهم الجزئيات في ظلالها وتفسير آحاد النصوص منسجما معها واستنباط أحكام الحوادث بهداها: خير كفيل لفهم الشريعة وإسعاد البشرية في دنياها وعقباها، وبما أن الفكر المقاصدي هو المنهج الذي يسير على هذا المنوال فإن العلماء المنتمين إلى هذه المدرسة قد عملوا قديما وحديثا على فهم أهم المقاصد القرآنية واستخراجها، ومن هؤلاء العلماء العلامة المحقق المدقق المجدد الشيخ الملا محمد الجليزادة المشهور بالملا الكبير (1293- 1362ه)، الذي فسر القرآن المجيد تفسيرا مقاصديا، وقد شمر فيه ساق الجد لبيان أهم مقاصد الكتاب الحكيم، داعيا إلى الرجوع إلى كلياته والابتعاد عن الانشغال بالخلافيات والجزئيات، ولأهمية مرتبته العلمية ومكانة تفسيره ارتأينا تسليط الضوء في هذا البحث على منهجه في بيانه أهم المقاصد القرآنية، مقسمين البحث على مبحثين، أولاهما لبيان نقاط تمهيدية وتعريفية وتوضيحية، والثاني للخوض في المقصود، والله ولي التوفيق.

There is no doubt that the Holy Quran is the divine and ever-lasting message which revealed by Allah as the catalogue of life, constitution and programme of human life. One of the properties of this message is that it is self-explanatory to all the laws without being necessary going into detail except in some places, examples of such inclusiveness is drawing attention to principles, methods, entirety, and goals, to make it basis and fundamental principle on the rules are derived throughout the history. No doubt, the guidance from these principles, goals, understanding minor issues through its interpretation of texts is compatible with it and deducing legislation through its guidance. It is a good way to understand sharia and rejoice human beings in this world and hereafter. The idea of goals of sharia is a syllabus on which the Islamic scholars follow from past and present and deduce the principles and laws from the Holy Quran. One of these Islamic, investigator, scrutinizer, and reformer is Sheikh Mullah Muhammad Jalizada known as (Malay Gawra -Mulla the Great-) who interpreted the Holy Quran through the goals of sharia that contains innovative ways to interpret the Holy Quran, calling for the study of the entirety of the sharia and avoiding the minor and argumentative aspects. Of his level of scholarship and knowledge he has, we started to follow his path to conduct this study according to his study methodology to explain the goals of the Holy Quran. The study falls into two categories: firstly, introduction to the method. Secondly, studying the goals of sharia.
