This empirical study endeavors to conduct a rigorous examination of the prevailing state of financial inclusion in Algeria through a meticulous analysis of its most salient indicators: the financial depth index, accessibility, and utilization metrics. The overarching objective is to ascertain the extent of development within the nation's banking infrastructure and elucidate the levels of financial literacy among the populace concerning the deployment of contemporary technological tools. Concurrently, the study lauds select Arab initiatives and endeavors from which Algeria can potentially derive benefits. The findings culminate in the conclusion that all indicators and pillars underpinning financial inclusion reflect disturbingly inadequate levels, falling markedly short of the requisites for attaining parity with regional and international benchmarks. Consequently, the study proffers a series of constructive recommendations aimed at expanding the financial inclusion network within Algeria and enhancing its operational efficacy.
