|a تعتبر ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة من أشد الظواهر الاجتماعية خطرا على أي مجتمع في العالم وتهدد أمنه واستقراره. وتهدف تلك الدراسة إلى إبراز الشعر الفارسي ومواجهة العنف ضد المرأة من خلال مختارات شعرية تتنوع بين القديم والحديث، وما يترتب عليه من آثار نفسية، واجتماعية، وجسدية سيئة، وتحليل تلك الأشعار وتوضيح وجهات نظر الشعراء والشاعرات، وكيفية تناولهم لتلك الظاهرة، وهل صياغة الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات الدولية والمحلية ساهمت في رفع الظلم والعنف الواقع على المرأة، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على رؤية الدين الإسلامي الحنيف، والأوضاع الدستورية والقانونية، وواقع الدول التي يتم اختيار نماذج شعرية للشعراء والشاعرات التي ينتمون منها. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، وتمت الاستعانة فيه بعدد من المصادر والمراجع العربية والفارسية والمواقع الإلكترونية. وتوصلت الباحثة إلى جملة من النتائج منها: حث القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة على حرية المرأة وصيانة كرامتها ومكانتها في المجتمع. أيضا بينت الدراسة أن المرأة تتعرض لأنواع شتى من العنف وخاصة العنف النفسي والجسدي والأسري والزوجي؛ مما يؤثر عليها بشكل عام ويجعلها تشعر بالضعف والإحباط والذي لا يقتصر على المرأة فحسب؛ بل على الأسرة بأكملها. كذلك وبالرغم من التطورات التي حدثت في العالم بأثره؛ إلا أن قوانين وطبيعة العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة -وخاصة في دول الشرق الأوسط وآسيا-يحكمها عادات وتقاليد بالية، فضلا عن عدم تفعيل القوانين. اتضح أيضا أنه بالرغم من أن العنف ضد المرأة في أكثر الأحيان يحدث من الرجال؛ إلا أن هناك شعراء رجال دافعوا وجابهوا تلك الظاهرة وقدموا صورة واضحة للعديد من صورها وأشكالها.
|b The phenomenon of violence against women is considered one of the most dangerous social phenomena to any society in the world and threatens its security and stability. This study aims to highlight the role of Persian poetry in confronting violence against women through poetry selections, and the negative psychological, social, and physical effects that result from it, and to analyze those poems and clarify the viewpoints of male and female poets, how they deal with this phenomenon, and whether international and local agreements and treaties are formulated. It contributed to lifting the injustice and violence against women, in addition to learning about the vision of the true Islamic religion, the constitutional and legal conditions, and the lived reality of the countries from which poetic models will be chosen for the male and female poets to which they belong. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and a number of sources, references, and websites were used in this research. The researcher reached a number of results, including: The Holy Qur’an and the Noble Prophet’s Sunnah urge the freedom of women and the preservation of their dignity and status in society. The study also showed that women are exposed to various types of violence, especially psychological, physical, family and marital violence. Which affects her in general and makes her feel weak and frustrated, which is not limited to the mirror only; But on the whole family. Also, despite the developments that have taken place in the world and its impact, the laws and nature of the relationship between men and women- especially in the countries of the Middle East and Asia- are governed by outdated customs and traditions, in addition to the lack of enforcement of the laws. It also turns out that although violence against women most often occurs from men; however, there are male poets who defended and confronted this phenomenon and provided a clear picture of many of its forms and manifestations.
