المستخلص: يدور البحث حول دراسة العلاقة بين المقاصد التحسينية الشرعية والدعوة إلى الله عز وجل وأثرها هذه المقاصد في مجال الدعوة الله تعالى، ويشتمل البحث على التعريف بالمقاصد التحسينية، وبيان المقصود بالدعوة إلى الله تعالى، وتوضيح المقاصد التحسينية وما يتصل بها، ومكملات المقاصد التحسينية وما يتصل بها، والمقاصد التحسينية والدعوة إلى الله، وأثر المقاصد التحسينية في الدعوة إلى الله. ولقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي في عرض موضوعها. ويهدف البحث إلى: بيان علاقة المقاصد التحسينية بمقصد حفظ الدين والدعوة إليه، التعريف بضوابط اعتبار المقاصد التحسينية في مجال الدعوة إلى الله، وتوضيح أثر تطبيق المقاصد التحسينية في الدعوة إلى الله ببعض الأمثلة. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة: -المقاصد التحسينية هي الأخذ بما يليق من محاسن العادات، وتجنب المدنسات التي تأنفها العقول الراجحات، ويجمع ذلك قسم مكارم الأخلاق. -المقاصد التحسينية قد ثبتت وتقررت باستقراء الأدلة والنصوص الشرعية – الكلية والجزئية. -من أهمية المقاصد التحسينية أنها تظهر محاسن الدين وجمال تعاليمه مما يحث غير المسلمين على اعتناقه.

The research revolves around studying the relationship between the legitimate objectives of improvement and the call to Allah Almighty and the impact of these objectives in the field of calling to Allah Almighty. The research includes defining the objectives of improvement, explaining what is meant by calling to Allah Almighty, clarifying the objectives of improvement and what is related to them, and complementing the objectives of improvement and what is related to them, the objectives of improvement and the call to Allah, and the effect of the objectives of improvement on the call to Allah. The researcher used the inductive and analytical method in presenting her topic. The research aims to: Explain the relationship of the objectives of improvement to the purpose of preserving the religion and calling to it, introducing the controls for considering the objectives of improvement in the field of calling to Allah, and clarifying the impact of applying the objectives of improvement in calling to Allah with some examples. Among the most prominent results reached by the researcher: -The objectives of improvement are adopting what is appropriate of the good qualities of customs, and avoiding the impurities that are reprehensible by the predominant minds, and this is included in the section of good morals. -The objectives of improvement have been established and determined by extrapolating evidence and legal texts - both comprehensive and partial- -One of the important aspects of improving objectives is that they highlight the virtues of religion and the beauty of its teachings, which encourages non-Muslims to embrace it.
