|a يعد الاستثمار من أهم العوامل التي يحدث من خلالها التغير في البنيان الاقتصادي المصري فلا يمكن إغفال دور الاستثمارات في زيادة الدخل القومي الذي ينعكس علي زيادة الادخار، لذلك يجب توجيه السياسات الاقتصادية إلي زيادة حجم الاستثمارات الكلية بوجه عام والاستثمارات الزراعية بوجه خاص حتى يتسنى للقطاع الزراعي المصري تحقيق أعلى إنتاجية ممكنة من منتجات هذا القطاع. ولهذا استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على فعالية دور الاستثمار الزراعي في مصر من خلال دراسة الأهمية النسبية للاستثمار الزراعي والناتج الزراعي بالنسبة للبنيان الاقتصادي المصري خلال الفترة (2005/2006- 2019/2020) وذلك من خلال نسبة مساهمة الناتج الزراعي والاستثمار الزراعي في الناتج المحلي الكلي وقياس كفاءة الاستثمارات الزراعية وأكدت نتائج الدراسة أن قيمة الاستثمارات الكلية والزراعية تزداد سنويا زيادة مؤكدة إحصائيا تبلغ 458,6 و 28,1 مليار جنية، وقيمة الناتج المحلي الكلي والزراعي تزداد سنويا زيادة مؤكدة إحصائيا تبلغ 342,2 و 38.3 مليار جنية خلال فترة الدراسة، وساهم إجمالي الناتج الزراعي في إجمالي الناتج الكلي بحوالي 11,6%، بينما ساهم إجمالي الاستثمارات الزراعية في إجمالي الناتج الكلي بحوالي 0,6% خلال متوسط فترة الدراسة، ومعدل الاستثمار بلغ 0,05 أي أقل من الواحد الصحيح بينما العائد على الاستثمار كان أكبر من الواحد الصحيح بلغ 21.3 وأن مضاعف الاستثمار الزراعي كان أكبر من الواحد الصحيح بلغ 24.5 وأن معامل التوطن كان أقل من الواحد الصحيح بلغ 0.2 وأن معامل التكثيف الرأسمالي كان أكبر من الواحد الصحيح بلغ 2.4 مما يدل على كفاءة الاستثمار في قطاع الزراعة.
