|a لقد اصبح واضحا ومعلوما أن جرائم المعلوماتية كما يطلق عليها في الوقت الحاضر تطورت بتطور الحياة التكنولوجية وكما إن لهذا الأمر إيجابياته المختلفة فإن لها من المساوئ ما لا يعد ولا يحصى وأحد هذه المساوئ هي جريمة الابتزاز الإلكتروني التي ظهرت بظهور التكنولوجيا من دون وجود رادع لها فلقد اضحى العالم الكبير قرية صغيرة يستطيع فيها أي شخص من الحصول على المعلومات في أي وقت يشاء ونتيجة لذلك وجد بعض ضعاف النفوس غايتهم في استغلال الفئات المختلفة في سبيل تحقيق أهداف رخيصة تعمل على الابتزاز المالي أو الجنسي أو المعنوي مسببة أضرارا كبيرة لشخص المجنى عليه وأسرته بشكل خاص والمجتمع بشكل عام وخصوصا المرأة التي أضحت المجال الخضب في هذه الجريمة لذا لابد من وضع حدا لهذه الجريمة التي أضحت أداة تهدد الكيان الأسري والاجتماعي من كافة النواحي الأخلاقية والاقتصادية والنفسية وفي هذا البحث سنتطرق لهذه الجريمة تعريفها أنواعها وأسبابها ودور الإدارة الفاعل للتخلص من الجريمة أو الحد منها.
|b It has become clear and known that cybercrimes, as they are called nowadays, have evolved with the development of technological life, and just as this matter has its various advantages, it also has countless disadvantages. One of these disadvantages is the crime of electronic blackmail, which appeared with the advent of technology without any deterrent to it. The world has become Al-Kabir is a small village where anyone can obtain information at any time he wants. As a result, some weak-minded people have found their goal in exploiting different groups in order to achieve cheap goals that work on financial, sexual, or moral blackmail, causing great damage to the person of the victim, his family in particular, and society in general. In general, especially women, who have become the victim of this crime, therefore, an end must be put to this crime, which has become a tool that threatens the family and social entity from all moral, economic, and psychological aspects. In this research, we will discuss this crime, its types and causes, and the effective role of the administration to get rid of the crime or reduce it.
