المستخلص: Despite the importance and magnitude of the endowment’s in-kind and cash assets, endowment funds are still suffering from slow growth, due to the failure to keep pace with contemporary tools in the process of their growth and investment, which necessitates the need to seek the assistance of specialists and those with experience in this field, while establishing a transparent monitoring mechanism for the activities of endowment institutions. Its accounts and investments, and monitoring and evaluating the performance of the endowment’s supervisors for the purpose of reaching an optimal investment of the endowment’s resources. It is known that money, which is one of the endowment resources, can be used to maximize the endowment resources by introducing them into various commercial activities, and this comes in line with the trend of establishing endowment companies and endowment banks for the purpose of collecting the dispersion of a large number of endowment funds, and working to manage the endowment assets in a commercial manner, and this It is considered one of the important steps in the field of employing the endowment funds in contemporary forms and thus supporting the various endowment activities and achieving the endowment’s purpose and purpose.
