|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة رضا معلمي اللغة العربية عن تجربة الفاقد التعليمي في محافظة المفرق، وأثر متغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة)، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (۱۹۷) معلم ومعلمة من مدارس البادية الشمالية الغربية للعام الدراسي 2022/2023 لمادة اللغة العربية، وتم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (۲۰) فقرة موزعة على مجالين، وقد جرى التحقق من دلالات صدقهما وثباتهما، وأشارت النتائج أنها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وإلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ما يتعلق بسنوات الخبرة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ما يتعلق بالجنس والمؤهل العلمي. وقد أوصت الدراسة تخصيص جزء من العلامة المخصصة للمادة الرسمية للمادة التعليمية المساندة لإعطائها أهمية أكبر.
|b The study aimed to reveal the satisfaction degree of Arabic language teachers with the experience of educational loss in Mafraq Governorate, and the impact of the variables of (gender, academic qualification, and number of years of experience). The descriptive survey method was used, and the study sample consisted of (197) male and female teachers from schools in the Northern Western Badia for the academic year 2022/2023 for the Arabic language subject. A questionnaire of (20) items was developed and distributed into two fields, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results indicated a moderate degree, and there were statistically significant differences with regard to the years of experience, and that there were no statistically significant differences with respect to gender and educational qualification. The study recommended allocating a portion of the grade allocated to the official subject to the supporting educational subject to give it greater importance.
