|a استهدف الدراسة بحث أثر تطبيق آليات التحول الرقمي على الناتج المحلى الإجمالي وذلك سعيا نحو التعرف على طبيعة وأهمية التحول الرقمي كأحد ابتكارات التكنولوجيا المعلومات؛ والكشف عن أهم عوامل ومحددات نجاح استراتيجيات التحول الرقمي. بالإضافة إلى تحديد طبيعة التحديات التي تواجه تنفيذ آليات التحول الرقمي. ولقد توصل الباحث إلى أن للتحول الرقمي عدد من الآثار الموجبة على الناتج المحلى الإجمالي غير أن نجاح التحول الرقمي كأحد ابتكارات التكنولوجيا المعلومات يتطلب تغيير نظم التعليم والتعلم لتوفير مهارات جديدة وكوادر بشرية مستقبلية قادرة على تحقيق التميز في العمل الرقمي وتحقيق الرفاهية الاجتماعية. كما أكدت الدراسة أن الاستثمار في التحول الرقمي والعمل على رفع كفاءة القطاع الرقمي يسهم بشكل إيجابي في إحداث تغيرات نوعيه وكميه في طبيعة الناتج المحلى الإجمالي المترتبة عليها لذا أوصى الباحث بضرورة التغلب على المعوقات التي تحول دون التحول الرقمي وتوفير مناخ استثماري ملائم في مجال تكنولوجيا الجديدة.
|b The researcher aims to examine the impact of the application of digital transformation mechanisms on the gross domestic product, to identify the nature and importance of digital transformation as one of the innovations of information technology. And the disclosure of the most important factors and determinants of the success of digital transformation strategies. In addition to determining the nature of the challenges facing the implementation of digital transformation mechanisms. The researcher concluded that digital transformation has a number of positive effects on the gross domestic product. However, the success of digital transformation as an information technology innovation requires changing education and learning systems to provide new skills and future human cadres capable of achieving excellence in digital work and achieving social welfare. The study also confirmed that investing in digital transformation and working to raise the efficiency of the digital sector contributes positively to bringing about qualitative and quantitative changes in the nature of the resulting GDP, so the researcher recommended the need to overcome the obstacles that prevent digital transformation and provide an appropriate investment climate in the field of new technology.
