When extrapolating the legal texts in all doctrinal chapters we find that they revolve around the purposes of five faculties (memorizing: religion, self, presentation, mind, and money), and for the sake of God the Almighty’s rulings, the law came as a means to achieve, establish, preserve, and perpetuate these overall purposes. Contemplation in every section mentioned in it finds the axis of human rights conservation prominent, and the slightest observer in it cannot ignore it, but we find that all rights: physical and psychological have been fulfilled, taking into account personal freedom in all of this, and from here I wanted to highlight a partial A task and a key element in this regard, which is the motivation of these five essentials in preserving human rights; Because, as is well known, Shari'a rulings are predominant, if not all, for a non-judgmental motive.
