|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع التخطيط لاستثمار الموارد الذاتية بالجامعات السعودية لتحقيق الاستدامة المالية بأبعادها (التخطيط الاستراتيجي، الإدارة المالية الفعالة، تنويع الاستثمار، الكفاءة المهنية للموارد البشرية). واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، من خلال أداة الاستبانة، والتي طبقت على القيادات في كل من جامعة الملك سعود، وجامعة الملك عبد العزيز، وجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل، وتمثل هذه الفئة: (وكلاء الجامعات، عمداء العمادات المساندة ووكلائهم، عمداء الكليات ووكلائهم، ورؤساء الأقسام)، بالإضافة إلى منتسبي إدارات الاستثمار فيها. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (260) فرداً. وأظهرت النتائج أن واقع التخطيط لاستثمار الموارد الذاتية بالجامعات السعودية لتحقيق الاستدامة المالية بشكل عام جاء بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.80). وفيما يتعلق بترتيب الأبعاد من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة، فقد جاء بعد التخطيط الاستراتيجي بالمرتبة الأولى، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.01)، يليه بعد الإدارة المالية الفعالة، بدرجة متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.81)، وجاء بعد تنويع الاستثمار في المرتبة الثالثة، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.76)، فيما احتل بعد الكفاءة المهنية للموارد البشرية المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.62).
|b The current study aimed to explore the reality of planning for the investment of self-resources in Saudi universities to achieve financial sustainability in its dimensions: (strategic planning, effective financial management, investment diversification, and professional competence of human resources). The study used the descriptive survey method through a questionnaire, which was administered to leaders at King Saud University, King Abdulaziz University, and Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University. This category includes (university vice presidents, deans and vice deans of supporting deanships, deans and vice deans of colleges, and heads of departments), in addition to investment department affiliates. The study sample consisted of 260 individuals. The results showed that the reality of planning for the investment of self resources in Saudi universities to achieve financial sustainability, in general, was of a medium degree, with an arithmetic mean of (2.80). Regarding the ranking of dimensions from the study participants' perspective, the strategic planning dimension came in first place, with an arithmetic mean of (3.01), followed by the effective financial management dimension, with a medium degree and an arithmetic mean of (2.81). The investment diversification dimension came in third place, with an arithmetic mean of (2.76), while the professional competence of human resources dimension ranked fourth and last, with an arithmetic mean of (2.62)
