|a The study examines the diagnosis of the phenomenon of the presence of digital (influencers) in the new media environment, the steady of new media environment variables, to focus on attracting the largest number of viewers/ celebrities, and reads, this is what opened the way for this category of social media celebrities to enter media institutions of different contents. The study is also based on describing and analyzing the contents of the two "influencers" as an updated version of the communicator (media content makers) from two different perspectives. The first perspective relates to the desire of those in charge of media institutions to raise audience rates and ratios, while the second perspective relates to the extent of the influence that "influencers" have on the techniques of media presentation and editing. The study came to shed light on the "The Day After Yesterday" program of Al-Jazeera channel, which provides link services between social networking sites, due to the fact that this type of "influencers" is particularly distinguished by their characteristics, as it combines the academic part of the media, professional experience, as well as wide fame in social networking sites.
|b The research aimed to identify the relationship of poverty with some educational problems in the poor areas of the Egyptian society, by standing on the concept of poverty, its types, indicators, and its relationship to some social issues, including the relationship of poverty to the problem of unemployment, and the relationship of poverty to the problem of illiteracy, as well as its relationship to the concept of social justice, and then defining the relationship of poverty to some problems The educational phenomena that exist in poor areas such as the phenomenon of dropout from education, child labor, underage marriage and street children, the research used the descriptive analytical approach in achieving its objectives, and the research reached a set of proposals and recommendations that could contribute to the treatment of some educational problems for residents of poor areas of society The most important of which is the need to provide statistics and data with a high degree of accuracy on poverty and the poor, and there should be an agreement in society to define who the poor are, their sub-groups, their characteristics, and their dwellings clearly, and to reach accurate percentages and indicators about the sources of illiteracy in the poorest villages in Egypt, and coordination Between the Ministries of Education, Health, Social Solidarity, and civil institutions regarding programs to support the poor, as well as encouraging community participation as a method for collecting the necessary donations to help educate poor students, and provide a decent life for the most needy groups through programs for the poor, through the state and civil institutions providing financial support to poor families Which has individuals of education age and is held accountable if they do not go to school.
