|a سنحاول في هذه الورقة التطرق إلى دور الذي تلعبه الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في تسوية الأزمة وحل الخلاف بين الأطراف الليبية المتنازعة، والتطرق إلى معرفة موقف الجزائر من الأزمة الليبية التي اندلعت بعد احتجاجات الشعبية في فيفري 2011، حيث تزامنت مع موجة الحركات الاحتجاجية في الوطن العربي، وقد أدت بدورها إلى سقوط العديد من الأنظمة العربية على غرار مصر وتونس واليمن، وكذا تداعيات الأمنية والسياسية للأزمة على دول الجوار الليبي وانعكاسها على أمنها القومي، كما نسعى إلى معرفة أهم التحديات التي تواجه الدبلوماسية الجزائرية لحل الخلاف الليبي على المستوى المحلي والدولي والأفاق المستقبلية لحل الأزمة الليبية في ظل المتغيرات الدولية والإقليمية.
|b In this intervention, we will try to address the role played by Algerian diplomacy in resolving the crisis and resolving the dispute between the Libyan parties in conflict, and to address Algeria’s position on the Libyan crisis that broke out after the popular protests in Vivre 2011, where it coincided with the wave of protest movements in the Arab world, which in turn led to the fall of many Arab regimes such as Egypt, Tunisia and Yemen, and such security and political repercussions of the crisis on countries Libya's neighbourliness and its impact on its national security, as we seek to know the most important challenges facing Algerian diplomacy to resolve the Libyan dispute at the local and international level and the future prospects for resolving the Libyan crisis in light of international and regional changes.
