|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية" التعرف على الكفايات المهنية التي تتوافر عند معلمي التربية الخاصة في مدارس شرقي القدس، وتحديد الفروق بين التحديات التي يواجهها معلمي التربية الخاصة والمتعلقة بالإدارة المدرسية بمدارس شرقي القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، العمر سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي). وتحديد الفروق بين التحديات التي يواجهها معلمي التربية الخاصة والمتعلقة بالتجهيزات المكانية بمدارس شرقي القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، العمر، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي). وتحديد الفروق بين التحديات التي يواجهها معلمي التربية الخاصة والمتعلقة بالوسائل التعليمية بمدارس شرقي القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، العمر، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي). واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وبلغ حجم العينة (۱۷) من معلمي التربية الخاصة في مدارس شرقي القدس، وكانت النتائج كالتالي: 1-عدم وجود فروق في استجابات عينة الدارسة لدرجة توافر الكفايات المهنية عند معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس شرقي القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ۲-وجود فروق في استجابات عينة الدارسة لدرجة توافر الكفايات المهنية عند معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس شرقي القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم تعزى لمتغير العمر. ٣-عدم وجود فروق في استجابات عينة الدارسة لدرجة توافر الكفايات المهنية عند معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس شرقي القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. ٤-عدم وجود فروق في استجابات عينة الدارسة لدرجة توافر الكفايات المهنية عند معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس شرقي القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.
|b The current study aimed to "identify the professional competencies that special education teachers have in East Jerusalem schools, and to identify the differences between the challenges faced by special education teachers related to school administration in East Jerusalem schools from the point of view of the teachers themselves according to the variables of the study (gender, age, years of experience, Academic qualification. The researcher relied on the descriptive correlational approach, and the sample size was (17) of special education teachers in East Jerusalem schools, and the results were as follows: 1-There are no differences in the responses of the study sample to the degree of availability of professional competencies among special education teachers in East Jerusalem schools from the point of view of the teachers themselves due to the gender variable. 2-There are differences in the responses of the study sample to the degree of availability of professional competencies among special education teachers in East Jerusalem schools from the point of view The teachers themselves were attributed to the age variable. 3 There are no differences in the responses of the study sample to the degree of availability of professional competencies among special education teachers in East Jerusalem schools from the point of view of the teachers themselves due to the variable years of experience. 4-There are no differences in the responses of the study sample to the degree of availability of professional competencies among special education teachers in East Jerusalem schools from the point of view of the teachers themselves due to the academic qualification variable.
