المستخلص: يعود الاهتمام بموضوع التحولات الاجتماعية والثقافية إلى كونها تؤثر في حياة الأفراد بصورة عامة والطلبة وعلاقتهم وسلوكياتهم واتجاهاتهم وميولهم بصورة خاصة وما تتمتع به هذه الفئة من أهمية في المجتمع كونهم يمثلون الثروة البشرية التي ستأخذ على عاتقها بناء وتطور المجتمع مستقبلا، وان هذه الفئة هي الأكثر تأثرا وتجاوبا مع التحولات الاجتماعية والثقافية نظرا للمرحلة العمرية التي يمرون بها، لذلك انطلقت دراستنا من التساؤل الرئيسي وهو (ما انعكاس التحولات الاجتماعية والثقافية على اتجاهات وميول الطلبة الذين يدرسون في المدارس الثانوية التابعة إلى ممثلية وزارة التربية في أربيل؟) وتفرع من هذا التساؤل مجموعة من التساؤلات نذكر منها: -هل كان لهذه التحولات تداعيات على اتجاهات وميول الطلبة نحو التحصيل العلمي؟ -هل كان لهذه التحولات دور في ميول الطلبة نحو الاندماج الاجتماعي؟ -هل أثرت هذه التحولات في اتجاهات وميول الطلبة نحو الالتزامات الأخلاقية والدينية؟ -هل أثرت وسائل الاتصال الحديثة سلبا أو إيجابا في اتجاهات وميول الطلبة؟ في حين استهدفت الدراسة: 1. تحديد اهم التحولات الاجتماعية والثقافية التي حدثت في المجتمع العراقي ومدى انعكاسها على اتجاهات وميول طلبة المدارس الثانوية التابعة إلى ممثلية وزارة التربية في أربيل. 2. تقديم إطار فكري ونظري يخص مفهوم التحولات الاجتماعية والثقافية. 3. التعرف على مدى تأثير التقنيات الحديثة على مستوى الطلبة العلمي وعلى اتجاهاتهم وميولهم.

The interest in the subject of social and cultural transformations is due to the fact that they affect the lives of individuals in general and students and their relationship, behaviors, attitudes and tendencies in particular and the importance of this group in society as they represent the human wealth that will take upon itself the construction and development of society in the future, and that this group is the most affected and responsive to social and cultural transformations due to the age stage they are going through, so our study started from the main question, which is(What is the reflection of social and cultural transformations on the attitudes and tendencies of students studying in secondary schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education representation in Erbil?) A number of questions emerged from this question, including: - Have these shifts had repercussions on students' attitudes and tendencies towards educational achievement? - Did these transformations play a role in students' tendencies towards social integration? - Have these shifts affected students' attitudes and tendencies towards moral and religious obligations? - Have modern means of communication negatively or positively affected the attitudes and tendencies of students? While the study targeted: (1) Identify the most important social and cultural transformations that have occurred in Iraqi society and the extent of their reflection on the attitudes and tendencies of secondary school students affiliated to the representation of the Ministry of Education in Erbil. (2) Provide an intellectual and theoretical framework on the concept of social and cultural transformations. (3) Identify the extent to which modern technologies affect the students' scientific level and their attitudes and tendencies.
