المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة الوثيقة بين قواعد اللغة وقواعد التفسير، وكيف تم استخدام قواعد النحو خاصة قاعدة: "عودة الضمير" في تفسير النصوص القرآنية، والموازنة والمقارنة والترجيح بعد تعذر الجمع بين أقوال المفسرين. قام منهج البحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي الذي حرص على تطبيق قاعدة: "عودة الضمير" بجانب قواعد تفسيرية أخرى ذات صلة بهذه القاعدة النحوية مثل قاعدة العموم والسياق، وغيرهما من القواعد المشتركة بين قواعد النحو وقواعد التفسير. وقد خلص البحث إلى أن الاختلاف بين العلماء في عودة الضمير يوسع من دلالات النص القرآني، وغالب الاختلاف بين المفسرين فيه يعود إلى اختلاف التنوع لا اختلاف التضاد صحيح قد توجد بعض التفسيرات التي لا تخلو من التكلف والتمحل في تأويل النصوص بسبب التقيد بشروط وضوابط قاعدة "عودة الضمير" تنتهي بالمفسرين إلى اختلاف التناقض والتضاد ولكنها قليلة من السهل الترجيح بينها.

This study aims to elucidate the intricate relationship between linguistic principles and hermeneutic guidelines, with a particular focus on the utilization of grammatical conventions—most notably the principle of "Pronominal Reference"—in the exegesis of Qur'anic verses. This exploration endeavors to assess, contrast, and adjudicate among exegetical perspectives when a synthesis of interpretations remains elusive. The methodological framework of this investigation is anchored in the inductive approach, which meticulously applies the principle of "Pronominal Reference" alongside ancillary hermeneutic and grammatical norms, such as the principles of universality, contextual analysis, and others that intersect with both linguistic and interpretive methodologies. The findings of this research underscore that divergences among scholars regarding pronominal reference serve to enrich the interpretative scope of Qur'anic discourse. It is observed that variations among exegetes predominantly arise from diversity and plurality rather than from direct contradictions or inconsistencies. While some interpretations might lack rigor due to stringent adherence to the criteria and guidelines of the "Pronominal Reference" rule, leading to apparent discrepancies, such instances are relatively few and can be effectively reconciled through careful evaluation.
