|a موضوع الاستثمار في المشاريع الصغيرة هو من المواضيع الاقتصادية المهمة في اقتصادات دول العالم لما لهذا النوع من الاستثمار من أهمية نسبية عالية حين اشتراكه في تكوين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي لتلك الاقتصادات. ومن هذا المنظور يمكن الوصول إلى النتيجة السلبية المؤثرة على تلك الاقتصادات حينما تفشل أعداد كثيرة من هذه المشاريع في الوقوف على ساقيها لمدد متوسطة ناهيك عن الطويلة والورقة البحثية هذه تشرح وتحلل أسباب فشل دول مختارة (منها متقدمة والبعض الآخر أقل تقدماً) في تقديم الدعم الكافي لإنشاء تلك المشاريع من جانب و/ أو لتوسيع مشاريع صغيرة أخرى قائمة ومساعدتها في بقائها حية من جانب آخر.
|b The issue of investment in small projects is one of the important economic topics in the economy of countries overall the world, because this type of investment has a high relative significance in terms of its’ participation with formation of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of economies. From this perspective it is possible to reach the negative results affecting those economies when large numbers of those projects fail to be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time, not to mention long. This research paper explains and analyzes the reasons for the failure of countries (some developed and others less developed) to provide sufficient support to establish these projects on the one hand, or to expand other existing small projects and help them in to keep alive on the other hand.
