|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الطريقة الهنقارية التي تعد أحد طرق بحوث العمليات وكأحد الطرق الكمية الحديثة، وعرض إسهاماتها في اتخاذ القرارات، وقد تم تطبيق الطريقة الهنقارية لحل المثال المقترح. تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: أن الطرق الكمية الحديثة يمكنها مساعدة المديرين في اتخاذ قرارات فعالة وناجعة والمفاضلة بين البدائل لحل المشاكل التي تعترض متخذي القرار.
|b This study aims to shed light on the Hungarian method, which is one of the operations research methods and one of the modern quantitative methods, and to present its contributions to decision-making, The Hungarian method has been applied to solve the proposed example. In this study, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, and one of the most important findings is that modern quantitative methods can assist managers in making effective and efficient decisions and in choosing between alternatives to solve the problems facing decision makers.
