|a يتناول المقال السياسة الدينية التي اعتمدها الجنرال فرانكو بشمال المغرب أثناء قيادته للحرب الأهلية الإسبانية (1936 - 1939) ضد الجمهورية الإسبانية بمدريد، وهي سياسة مفادها أن الحرب التي يخوضها فرانكو هي "حرب مقدسة" من أجل الحفاظ على الدين، استغل فيها فرانكو المبادئ الدينية المشتركة بين الإسلام والمسيحية لتشجيع المغاربة على الانخراط في جيشه. كما يلامس المقال من جانب آخر موقف اليسار الإسباني من السياسة الدينية للجنرال فرانكو ومن مشاركة المغاربة في جيش هذا الأخير، وانتهى المقال إلى استنتاج مفاده أن "الحرب المقدسة" التي روج لها نظام فرانكو كان من أجل تحقيق أهداف عسكرية وسياسية، وأن الحملة الإعلامية التي قادها اليسار الإسباني ضد أطروحة فرانكو ظلت باهتة خاصة وأن مشاركة المغاربة في الحرب إلى جانب فرانكو كان بسبب عوامل أخرى.
|b The present article investigates the doctrinal policy adopted by the General Franco in the north of Morocco when he led the Spanish civil war against the Spanish republic in Madrid (1936-1938). This policy maintains that the war launched by the General Franco is a "sacred war" and aims at protecting their religion through incorporating the common principles between Christianity and Islam in order to convince Moroccans to join his army. The article also sheds light on the Spanish left-wing party's opposition of the General Franco's doctrinal policy and Morocco's participation in his forces. The study concludes that the "sacred war" propagated by Franco's regime only seeks to achieve specific military and political aims. The media campaign led by the Spanish left-wing party against Franco's proposition remained unavailing and Morocco's participation beside Franco in this war is grounded on other reasons.
