المستخلص: في هذا المقال، نحاول تفكيك التحديات واستراتيجيات الترجمة التي واجهت تكييف رواية كامل داود مورسول، التحقيق العكسي إلى اللغة العربية. نقوم بالتفصيل حول كيفية تعامل المترجمين مع عناصر مثل الإشارات الثقافية والتعابير الاصطلاحية والتراكيب اللغوية مع الحفاظ على جوهر النص الأصلي من خلال التأكيد على تعقيد الترجمة، نهدف إلى إبراز أهمية الحفاظ على التوازن بين الأمانة للنص الأصلي وسهولة الوصول بالنسبة لقراء اللغة المستهدفة. أخيراً، نسعى إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الحاسم للترجمة في نشر وفهم الأدب في سياق متعدد الثقافات.

In this article, we attempt to dissect the challenges and translation strategies encountered during the adaptation of Kamel Daoud’s novel Meursault, contreenquête into Arabic. We delve into detail on how translators tackled elements such as cultural references, idiomatic expressions, and linguistic nuances while preserving the essence of the original text. By emphasizing the complexity of translation, we aim to underscore the importance of maintaining a balance between fidelity to the source text and accessibility for readers of the target language. Lastly, we seek to highlight the crucial role of translation in the dissemination and understanding of literature in a multicultural context.

Dans cet article, nous tentons de décortiquer les défis et les stratégies de traduction rencontrés lors de l’adaptation du roman Meursault, contreenquête de Kamel Daoud vers l’arabe. Nous explorons en détail comment les traducteurs ont abordé des éléments tels que les références culturelles, les expressions idiomatiques et les nuances linguistiques, tout en préservant l’essence du texte original. En mettant l’accent sur la complexité de la traduction, nous tentons de souligner l’importance de maintenir l’équilibre entre la fidélité au texte source et l’accessibilité pour les lecteurs de la langue cible. Enfin, nous cherchons à mettre en lumière le rôle crucial de la traduction dans la diffusion et la compréhension de la littérature dans un contexte multiculturel.
