We delve into detail on how translators tackled elements such as cultural references, idiomatic expressions, and linguistic nuances while preserving the essence of the original text. By emphasizing the complexity of translation, we aim to underscore the importance of maintaining a balance between fidelity to the source text and accessibility for readers of the target language. Lastly, we seek to highlight the crucial role of translation in the dissemination and understanding of literature in a multicultural context. |d Dans cet article, nous tentons de décortiquer les défis et les stratégies de traduction rencontrés lors de l’adaptation du roman Meursault, contreenquête de Kamel Daoud vers l’arabe.
