In the context of fierce global competition and market volatility, this article explores the crucial role of effective decision-making within organisations, directly impacting their strategic success and longevity. It contends that decision-making in contemporary organisational environments extends beyond simple binary choices; it involves complex analyses of varied factors and dynamic conditions under competitive pressures. This paper introduces a theoretical framework to enhance organisational efficiency through improved decision-making processes. The framework emphasises the importance of precise theoretical understanding to address and bridge existing gaps in decision-making literature. |
