المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي بصفة رئيسية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين ريادة الأعمال المنزلية لدى ربة الأسرة والوعى بأداء المسؤوليات الأسرية وجودة الحياة، حيث تم استيفاء البيانات من خلال تطبيق أدوات البحث والمتمثلة في (استمارة البيانات العامة ومقياس ريادة الأعمال المنزلية ومقياس الوعى بأداء المسؤوليات الأسرية ومقياس جودة الحياة) على عينة صدفية قوامها (۲۱۳) ربة أسرة من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، وبإجراء التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة لاستخلاص النتائج توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في ريادة الأعمال المنزلية (ككل) والوعي بأداء المسؤوليات الأسرية (ككل) وجودة الحياة (ككل) لصالح كل من سكان الحضر، وربة الأسرة العاملة، وذوات الدخل الثابت، وفئة الدخل الشهري المرتفع، كما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود تباين دال إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في ريادة الأعمال المنزلية (ككل) والوعى بأداء المسؤوليات الأسرية (ككل) لصالح الفئة العمرية الأكبر لربة الأسرة، بينما لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا في جودة الحياة بأبعادها تبعاً لعمر ربة الأسرة، وجود تباين دال إحصائيا في الوعى بأداء المسؤوليات الأسرية (ككل) وجودة الحياة (ككل) لصالح الأسرة ذات العدد الأقل، بينما لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا في ريادة الأعمال المنزلية (بأبعادها) تبعا لعدد أفراد الأسرة، وجود تباين دال إحصائيا في ريادة الأعمال المنزلية (ككل) وجودة الحياة (ككل) لصالح المستوى التعليمي المرتفع لربة الأسرة، بينما لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا في الوعي بأداء المسؤوليات الأسرية (ككل) تبعاً للمستوى التعليمي لربة الأسرة، وأخيراً وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين ريادة الأعمال المنزلية (ككل) وكل من الوعى بأداء المسؤوليات الأسرية (ككل) وجودة الحياة (ككل) لدى ربات الأسر عينة البحث. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات التي توضح كيفية الاهتمام بنشر الوعي بمفهوم ريادة الأعمال المنزلية لدى ربة الأسرة مما يزيد من وعيها بأداء مسؤولياتها الأسرية وجودة الحياة لديها وذلك من خلال كافة المؤسسات التربوية والاجتماعية الإعلامية.

The current research aims mainly to detect the nature of the relationship between Home Works Leadership In each of Awareness of the Performance of Family Responsibilities and Quality of Life for housewives where data were met through the application of research tools of (general data form, Home Works Leadership scale, Awareness of the Performance of Family Responsibilities scale ,a measure of Quality of Life) on a predetermined sample consisted of (213) housewife selected from different social and economic levels, and conducting appropriate statistical analyzes to evaluate the results, The research has come to the set of results was the most important including, There were statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample's degree response of Home Works Leadership(total score)and Awareness of the Performance of Family Responsibilities (total score)and Quality of Life(total score)in favor of the urban, housewife's worker, fixed income, and highest monthly income of the family, there were statistically significant differences in Home Works Leadership(total score),Awareness of the Performance of Family Responsibilities (total score) in favor of the Largest age group, while there were no statistically significant differences in Quality of Life (total score) according to housewife's age, there were statistically significant differences in the Performance of Family Responsibilities (total score) and Quality of Life (total score)in favor of the least number of family members, while there were no statistically significant differences in Home Works Leadership(total score) according to family members, there were statistically significant differences in Home Works Leadership(total score) and Quality of Life (total score) in favor of the highest education, while there were no statistically significant differences in the Performance of Family Responsibilities (total score) according to the level of the education, finally there were appositive correlation between Home Works Leadership(total score) in each of Awareness of the Performance of Family Responsibilities (total score) and Quality of Life (total score)to Sample of research. In light of the results, the researcher proposed a numbers of recommendations that explain how to enhance interest in spreading awareness of Home Works Leadership to housewives that increase of Awareness of the Performance of Family Responsibilities and Quality of Life and share to achieve it through all the educational, social and family institutions.
