| 520 | |b The accumulation of various postmodern writing characteristics in SalimBachi's “Le Chiend'Ulysse” raises a thorny question about the validity of this concept in the Algerian context. Indeed, if we refer to the definitions provided by postmodernity experts, this trend is said to only concern Western societies or, as J-F Lyotard explains, “the most developed societies”. Therefore, in this article, we propose to analyze the novel through different aspects related to the postmodernism and to question, using socio-criticism, their social implications. This endeavor will allow us to explain their presence in this novel and to grasp the specificity of Algerian postmodernism. |d L'accumulation de plusieurs caractéristiques d'écriture postmoderne dans Le Chien d’Ulysse de Salim Bachi soulève une question épineuse sur la validité de ce concept dans le contexte algérien. En effet, si l'on se réfère aux définitions des spécialistes de la postmodernité, cette tendance ne concerne que les sociétés occidentales ou comme l'exp lique J-F Lyotard, « les sociétés les plus développées ». Ainsi, nous proposons dans cet article d'analyserle roman à travers différents aspects relatifs au postmodernisme et d'interroger, en ayant recours à la sociocritique, leur portée sociale. Cette entreprise nous permettra d'expliquer leur présence dans ce roman et de saisir la spécificité du postmodernisme algérien. | ||
