برنامج تدريبي مقترح في ضوء الاحتياجات المهنية لأمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم في محافظة المجمعة

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح لأمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم في محافظة المجمعة، قائم على تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية والتعرف على واقع الكفايات المهنية لأمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم. والكشف عن المشكلات التي تواجه الأمناء المتعلقة بالمهنة. استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تم بناء استبانة تقيس واقع توافر الكفايات المهنية لأمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم والاحتياجات التدريبية لهم، بلغ عدد فقراتها (۲۷) فقرة موزعة على (۳) مجالات وهي استخدام الأجهزة التعليمية والتقنية، إنتاج وتصميم البرامج التعليمية توظيف المستحدثات التقنية بالمواقف التعليمية، كما تكونت من محور يقيس المشكلات التي تواجه الأمناء تكونت من (۱۰) فقرات. وقد تم التأكد من صدق أداة الدراسة وثباتها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي ١٤٣٧/ 1438هـ، حيث بلغ عددهم (۱۳۸) أمينا، وتم اختيار (٦٠) أمينا من محافظة المجمعة كعينة عشوائية بنسبة (٤٣,٤٧%) تم تحليلها. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - أن الواقع الحالي لتوافر الكفايات المهنية لدى أمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم في محافظة المجمعة كانت "متوسطة" وجاء مجال إنتاج وتصميم البرامج التعليمية بالرتبة الأولى بدرجة توافر عالية، ثم استخدام الأجهزة التعليمية والتقنية وأدواتها بالرتبة الثانية بدرجة توافر متوسطة، ثم توظيف المستحدثات التقنية في المواقف التعليمية بالرتبة الأخيرة بدرجة توافر متوسطة وأبرز الكفايات المهنية بدرجة عالية" استخدام الأجهزة الملحقة بالحاسوب مثل الماسح الضوئي والطابعة واستخدام تكنولوجيا الواقع الافتراضي واستخدام الأجهزة الذكية في العملية التعليمية مثل: (ipad- ipod) وبدرجة توافر متوسطة استخدام السبورة التفاعلية وتدريب الأمناء على استخدام التقاط وتسجيل لقطات متحركة من خلال الكاميرا الرقمية المتصلة بالكمبيوتر وبمجال إنتاج وتصميم البرامج التعليمية بدرجة عالية " إدارة الفصول الذكية وبدرجة متوسطة إنتاج برمجية تعليمية مبسطة، وبمجال " توظيف المستحدثات التقنية في المواقف التعليمية " بدرجة عالية استخدام الواتس أب whats APP)) في العملية التعليمية، وبدرجة توافر متوسطة توفير بيئة آمنة للمتعلمين لتقديم المشاركات باستخدام الويكي. بينما كانت الكفايات " استخدام المدونات في العملية التعليمية والاستخدام والتعامل مع منتديات النقاش واستخدام تقنيات الجيل الثاني من التعليم الإلكتروني المدونات بدرجات توافر منخفضة. - تبين أن الاحتياجات التدريبية المهنية لأمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم كانت "متوسطة" جاء مجال إنتاج وتصميم البرامج بالرتبة الأولى بدرجة احتياج عالي ثم توظيف المستحدثات التقنية في المواقف التعليمية بالرتبة الثانية بدرجة احتياج متوسطة، ثم استخدام الأجهزة التعليمية والتقنية وأدواتها بالرتبة الثالثة بدرجة احتياج متوسطة. وأبرز الاحتياجات التدريبية بمجال مهارات استخدام الأجهزة التعليمية والتقنية وأدواتها: بدرجة عالية تدريب الأمناء على استخدام الكمبيوتر في العملية التعليمية، وتدريب الأمناء على استخدام تبادل الملفات التعليمية مع الآخرين عبر شبكة الإنترنت، وبمجال إنتاج وتصميم البرامج التعليمية بدرجة عالية " تدريب الأمناء على إنتاج برمجية تعليمية مبسطة تدريب الأمناء على إنتاج وتصميم برامج حاسوبية، وبمجال توظيف المستحدثات التقنية في المواقف التعليمية، استخدام تقنيات الجيل الثاني من التعليم الإلكتروني المدونات. - أبرز المشكلات قلة المعلومات المعرفية بمجال تكنلوجيا وتقنيات التعليم، وقلة التدريب على موضوعات تتعلق بالمستحدثات التكنلوجية، بينما ظهرت المشكلات الأخرى بدرجة متوسطة. - تم تصميم وإعداد البرنامج التدريبي المقترح لتنمية قدرات أمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم بمحافظة المجمعة في ضوء احتياجاتهم المهنية. - وأبرز التوصيات: تبني البرنامج التدريبي المقترح لتطوير الكفايات المهنية والمهارات الإلكترونية لدى أمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم من خلال تبني التدريب على الاحتياجات التي كشفت عنها الدراسة.

The aim of the study was to construct a proposed training program for learning resource centers in Al-Majmaa Governorate, based on identifying the training needs and identifying the professional competencies of LRC administrators. The disclosure of the problems facing the trustees regarding the profession. The questionnaire was used to measure the availability of professional competencies for LRCs and their training needs. The number of paragraphs (27) divided into (3) areas: the use of educational and technical devices, the production and design of educational programs, the employment of technical innovations Educational positions, as formed from the axis measures the problems faced by trustees formed of (10) paragraphs. The study community was verified by all the trustees of the learning resource centers in the second semester of the academic year 1437/1438 H. The total number of (138) secretaries was (60) 43.47%) were analyzed. The study reached the following results: - The current reality of the availability of professional competencies of the LRCs in the city of Majmaa was "medium". The field of production and design of educational programs in the first grade was high availability, then the use of educational and technical equipment and tools in the second grade with medium availability, then the use of technical innovations in educational situations The use of computer peripherals such as the scanner and the printer, the use of virtual reality technology and the use of smart devices in the educational process such as: (ipad -ipod) and The availability of medium interactive whiteboards and the training of trustees to use the capture and recording of clips through the digital camera connected to the computer and the production and design of educational programs to a high degree "Management of smart classrooms and the degree of the production of simple learning software, and the field of" the application of technological innovations in educational situations " High: Using the watt app (whats APP) in the learning process, and the availability of medium provide a safe environment for learners to submit posts using wiki. While the competencies were "the use of blogs in the educational process and use, dealing with discussion forums and the use of second generation e-learning blogs with low availability. - It was found that the professional training needs of LRC secretaries were "medium. The field of production and design of the programs in the first grade came to a high degree of need, then the use of the technological innovations in the second grade educational positions to a medium need, and the use of the educational equipment and its tools in the third grade with a medium need. Training in the field of the skills of the use of educational and technical equipment and tools: a high degree of training of trustees in the use of computer in the educational process, and training of secretaries to use the exchange of educational files with others through the network The Internet, and in the field of production and design of educational programs with a high degree "training trustees to produce educational software simplified. Training of secretaries in the production and design of computer programs, and in the field of employing technological innovations in educational situations, the use of second generation technologies of e-learning blogs.

- The most prominent problems are the lack of knowledge in the field of technology and educational techniques, the lack of training on subjects related to technological innovations, while the other problems appeared to be medium. - The proposed training program has been designed and developed to develop the abilities of the trustees of learning resource centers in the city of Majmaa in view of their professional needs. The main recommendations are: Adopting the proposed training program for the development of professional competencies and e-skills in the secretaries of LRCs by adopting training on the needs revealed by the study.
