المستخلص: التنمر المدرسي ظاهرة بات العالم كله يشتكي منها ويعاني من آثارها ويبحث المهتمون فيه بالعملية التربوية وبنشأة الأجيال سبل علاجها لخطورتها، حيث تعتبر سبب هام ومؤثر في تعثر الكثير من الطلاب دراسيا وقد تدفع البعض إلى كره الدراسة وتركها نهائيا. وتعتبر دافعية الإنجاز واحدا من الدوافع الهامة التي توجه سلوك الفرد نحو تحقيق التقبل أو تجنب عدم التقبل في المواقف التي تتطلب التفوق لذا لا يكون من الغريب أن يصبح الدافع للإنجاز قوة مسيطرة في حياة الطالب المدرسية. يهدف البحث إلى: ١- التعرف على العلاقة بين التنمر المدرسي لدى المراقين ودافعية الإنجاز لديهم. 2- الكشف عن تأثير بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية للدراسة على التنمر المدرسي لدى المراهقين عينة الدراسة. 3- الكشف عن تأثير بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية للدراسة على دافعية الإنجاز للمرهقين عينة الدراسة. ٤- التعرف على تأثير بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية للدراسة على التنمر المدرسي ودافعية الإنجاز للمراهقين عينة الدراسة. توصل البحث إلى: 1- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في التنمر تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة ۲- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في دافعية الانجاز تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. 3- وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين استبيان التنمر واستبيان دافعية الإنجاز ٤- وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين استبيان التنمر واستبيان دافعية الإنجاز ومتغيرات الدراسة 5- اختلاف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على دافعية الإنجاز وأوصي البحث بـ: 1- تكثيف البرامج التوعوية بمخاطر التنمر وإقامة الأنشطة اللامنهجية لطلاب المدارس الحكومية والرياضيات المتنوعة بما فيها رياضة الدفاع عن النفس والحماية من الاعتداءات 2- وضع برامج علاجية من قبل المرشدين في المدارس بخاصة الحكومية ودراسة حالة الطلاب كل على حدة ووضع استراتيجية لحل المشكلات التي تدفع الطالب لمثل هذه السلوكيات. 3- وضع إقرار للطلاب في المدارس بقوانين وأنظمة المدرسة وشرح الإجراءات والعقوبات المتبعة في حال مخالفة تلك القوانين.

School bullying is a phenomenon that the whole world is complaining about and suffers from its effects, and those interested in the educational process and the generation of generations are looking for ways to treat it for its seriousness, as it is an important and influencing cause in the failure of many students scholastic and may lead some to hate study and leave it permanently. The achievement motivation is one of the important drivers that direct the individual's behavior towards achieving acceptance or avoiding non-acceptance in situations that require excellence, so it is not strange that the achievement motive becomes a dominant force in the student’s school life. The research aims to 1- Knowing the relationship between school bullying among the monitors and their motivation for achievement. 2- Disclosure of the effect of some of the study's demographic variables on school bullying among adolescents of the study sample. 3- Disclosing the effect of some of the study's demographic variables on the achievement motivation for the study sample adolescents. 4- Knowing the effect of some of the study's demographic variables on school bullying and the achievement motivation for adolescents of the study sample. The research found: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in bullying according to the study variables 2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample individuals in the achievement motivation according to the study variables 3- There is a correlation between bullying questionnaire and achievement motivation questionnaire 4- There is a correlation between bullying questionnaire, achievement motivation questionnaire, and study variables 5- Difference in the percentage of participation of factors affecting the achievement motivation I recommend searching: 1- Intensifying awareness programs on the dangers of bullying and setting up extracurricular activities for students of government schools and various mathematics, including the sport of self-defense and protection from attacks. 2- Setting remedial programs by school counselors, especially the government, studying the case of students separately, and setting a strategy to solve the problems that motivate the student for such behaviors. 3- Setting a declaration for students in schools with the laws and regulations of the school and explaining the procedures and penalties used in case of violating these laws.
