|a استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى الإصلاح الإداري على المستوى القومي. تحديد مستوى التخطيط لبرامج رعاية الشباب على المستوى القومي. تحديد العلاقة بين الإصلاح الإداري والتخطيط لبرامج رعاية الشباب على المستوى القومي. رصد الصعوبات التي تواجه إسهامات الإصلاح الإداري في التخطيط لبرامج رعاية الشباب على المستوى القومي. تحديد مقترحات تفعيل إسهامات الإصلاح الإداري في التخطيط لبرامج رعاية الشباب على المستوى القومي. محاولة التوصل إلى خطة تنفيذية مقترحة لتفعيل إسهامات الإصلاح الإداري في التخطيط لبرامج رعاية الشباب على المستوى القومي.، وتعد هذه الدراسة من نمط الدراسات الوصفية التي تستهدف تحديد العلاقة بين الإصلاح الإداري (كمتغير مستقل) والتخطيط لبرامج رعاية الشباب على المستوى القومي (كمتغير تابع). واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولين بوزارة الشباب والرياضة بالإدارات المركزية ذات الصلة بالتخطيط لبرامج رعاية الشباب على المستوى القومي (الإدارة المركزية للإدارة الاستراتيجية، والإدارة المركزية لتنمية النشء، والإدارة المركزية لتنمية الشباب، والإدارة المركزية للتعليم المدني) وعددهم (129) مفردة. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبيان للمسئولين. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى قبول الفرض الرئيس للدراسة والذي مؤداه "توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين الإصلاح الإداري والتخطيط لبرامج رعاية الشباب على المستوى القومي".

The study relied on the use of a comprehensive social survey approach for officials at the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the central departments relevant to planning youth care programs at the national level (the Central Administration for Strategic Management, the Central Administration for Youth Development, the Central Administration for Youth Development, and the Central Administration for Civic Education), numbering (129) individuals. The study tools were a questionnaire for officials. The results of the study reached the acceptance of the main hypothesis of the study, which states: “There is a direct, statistically significant, and relationship between administrative reform and planning youth care programs at the national level.”
