|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية حاضنات الأعمال ودورها في استدامة المشاريع الريادية في سلطنة عمان، حيث أن فكرة حاضنات الأعمال في سلطنة عمان هي فكرة متجددة وتتوافق مع رؤية عمان 2040 والتي تهتم بتنمية الاقتصاد القائم على نمو وازدهار واستدامة المشروعات الريادية والصغيرة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على تجميع البيانات من مصادر مختلفة أبرزها الاستبانة والملاحظة ثم تم تحليل هذه البيانات الراجعة واستخراج النتائج التي أظهرت الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه الحاضنات من أدوارها في التمويل والتدريب والتسويق في دعم واحتضان المشروعات الريادية في سلطنة عمان. وتعتبر هذه الدراسة -وحسب علم الباحثين- في الدراسة الأولى على مستوى السلطنة والتي تعالج وتناقش موضوع حاضنات الأعمال ودورها في استدامة المشروعات الريادية الصغيرة، ويؤمل أن تساهم في تسليط الضوء على هذا القطاع نظراً لأهميته ودورة في تحفيز الاقتصاد، ومن النقاط الهامة التي تم تسليط الضوء عليها هو الدور الكبير الذي يجب أن تلعبه مؤسسات التعليم العالي في سلطنة عمان في إنشاء وبناء حاضنات للأعمال تساهم في احتضان المشروعات وتطويرها والحفاظ عليها. ومن أبرز النتائج التي تم الوصل إليها، أن المشروعات الريادية في سلطنة عمان تحظى بدعم مالي وتسويقي عالي وبدعم تدريبي معتدل وهذا يتطلب زيادة التركيز على موضوع التدريب المسبق الرواد الأعمال من قبل هذه الحاضنات.
|b This study aimed to shed light on the importance of business incubators and their role in the sustainability of entrepreneurial projects in the Sultanate of Oman, as the idea of business incubators in the Sultanate of Oman is a renewed idea and is consistent with Oman Vision 2040, which is concerned with developing the economy based on the growth, prosperity and sustainability of entrepreneurial and small projects. The study used the descriptive analytical method based on collecting data from various sources, most notably the questionnaire and observation. Then this retrospective data was analyzed and the results were extracted that showed the major role that incubators play in terms of financing, training, and marketing in supporting and incubating entrepreneurial projects in the Sultanate of Oman. This study -to the researchers' knowledge- is the first study in the Sultanate that addresses and discusses the issue of business incubators and their role in the sustainability of small entrepreneurial projects. It is hoped that it will contribute to shedding light on this sector given its importance and role in stimulating the economy. One of the important points that was highlighted is the major role that higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman must play in establishing and building business incubators that contribute to incubating, developing and maintaining projects. One of the most prominent results reached is that entrepreneurial projects in the Sultanate of Oman enjoy high financial and marketing support and moderate training support, and this requires increased focus on the issue of prior training for entrepreneurs by these incubators.
