|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تجويد العمل الإداري باعتباره من التحولات الحديثة التي طرأت على الإدارة العامة والخاصة في العقود الأخيرة، بحيث تلعب دوراً محورياً في تطوير العمل الإداري من خلال عدة طرق عبر تحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية بحيث توفر نظم الإدارة الإلكترونية إمكانية التعامل مع كميات كبيرة من البيانات بسرعة ودقة عالية، مما يقلل الوقت المطلوب لإتمام العمليات الإدارية، وكذا تعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة انطلاقا من توفير النظم الإلكترونية للسجلات الدقيقة للعمليات والمعاملات، مما يسهل عملية التتبع والتدقيق، وكذا تحسين التواصل والتنسيق من خلال توفير تقنيات الإدارة الإلكترونية وأدوات للتواصل الفعال بين الإدارات المختلفة وبين الموظفين، مما يسهل تبادل المعلومات واتخاذ القرارات بشكل أسرع، وبالتالي فالإدارة الإلكترونية ليست مجرد تحول في كيفية تنفيذ العمل الإداري، بل هي تطوير شامل للنظم والهياكل التنظيمية والإدارية، مما يسهم في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسات بكفاءة وفعالية أكبر. الكلمات المفاتيح الإدارة الإلكترونية- العمل الإداري.
|b This study aims to highlight the importance of the role of e-governance in enhancing administrative work, considering it one of the modern transformations that have occurred in public and private administration in recent decades. E-governance plays a pivotal role in developing administrative work through various means by improving efficiency and productivity. Electronic management systems provide the capability to handle large amounts of data quickly and accurately, reducing the time required to complete administrative processes. Additionally, it enhances transparency and accountability by providing precise records of operations and transactions, facilitating tracking and auditing processes. Moreover, it improves communication and coordination by offering e-governance technologies and tools for effective communication between different departments and employees, making information exchange and decision-making faster. Therefore, e-governance is not just a transformation in how administrative work is carried out but a comprehensive development of organizational and administrative systems and structures, contributing to achieving the institutions' goals more efficiently and effectively.
