|a نظرا للدور الريادي الذي تلعبه الجامعة في الوقت الحاضر والذي يدور عموما حول إعداد وتكوين طلبة صاحبي مشاريع ريادية والعمل على تشجيع المبادرات الفردية وخلق المؤسسات المصغرة فإنه أصبح لزاما معرفة الأسباب التي تقف وراء توجه فئة من الطلاب إلى ريادة الأعمال مقارنة بالآخرين. ومن أجل ذلك قمنا بدراسة العوامل والأسباب التي تقف خلف بروز نية ريادة الأعمال لفئة خريجي الجامعات حيث وجدنا أن للخصائص الشخصية والمهارية دورا هاما في توجيه الطالب نحو ريادة الأعمال، كما يساهم رأس المال الاجتماعي وشبكة العلاقات في بناء الشخصية الريادية للطالب.
|b In view of the pioneering role played by the university at the present time, which generally revolves around preparing and training students who own projects and working to encourage individual initiatives and the creation of small business, it has become necessary to know the reasons behind the orientation of a group of students to entrepreneurship compared to others. For this reason, we studied the factors and reasons behind the emergence of entrepreneurial intention among university graduates, where we found that personal and skill characteristics have an important role in directing the student towards entrepreneurship, and social capital and network of relationships also contribute to building the student's entrepreneurial personality
