|a قامت الحرب الكونية على سورية في آذار عام 2011، بعد أن كانت سورية تسير بخطى واضحة باتجاه اقتصاد السوق الاجتماعي - رغم بعض التحفظات على بعض السياسات الاقتصادية الليبرالية الجديدة- وحققت نتائج جيدة من حيث معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وتشجيع الاستثمارات الخارجية وإنشاء المدن الصناعية.... إلا أن هذه العملية توقفت بعد الحرب الهجينة على سورية عام 2011، وما تركته من آثار وأزمات كارثية على مختلف قطاعات الدولة، وعلى مكونات الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وعلى مستويات التضخم وبالتالي تأثر القوة الشرائية بشكل كبير. الأمر الذي جعلنا نلقي نظرة على الأوضاع الاقتصادية قبل الحرب وأثناء الحرب، لعلنا نستفيد من أخطاء الماضي في مرحلة إعادة البناء والتنمية.

However, this process stopped after the hybrid war on Syria in 2011, and the catastrophic effects and crises it left on the various sectors of the state, on the components of the gross domestic product, and on inflation levels, thus greatly affecting purchasing power. Which made us take a look at the economic conditions before the war and during the war, so that we may benefit from the mistakes of the past in the stage of reconstruction and development.
