|a تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف إشكالية تطبيق الأرغونوميا بالمؤسسات التربوية في ظل التغيرات التنظيمية الحديثة وتم أخذ مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني كعينة لدراسة بلغ عددهم 57 مستشار، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الكمي باستخدام أداة الاستمارة الإلكترونية اختصارا للوقت والجهد، توصلت الدراسة إلى: غياب الوعي حول الأرغونوميا في المنظومة التربوية والاهتمام بسير العمل وعدم التأخر في الإنجاز، عدم الاهتمام بتوفير الظروف الفيزيقية لتسهيل أداء مهام مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني يؤدي بالضرورة على تراجع مستوى الأداء وانخفاضه، وجود بعض المشاكل العلائقية بين المديرون ومستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني.
|b The study aims to explore the problem of applying ergonomics in educational institutions in light of recent organizational changes. The school and vocational guidance and guidance counselor was taken as a sample for the study, numbering 57 counselors. The quantitative approach relied upon using the electronic questionnaire tool to save time and effort. The study concluded: Lack of awareness about... Ergonomics in the educational system, attention to the progress of work and lack of delay in completion, and lack of interest in providing physical conditions to facilitate the performance of the tasks of the school and vocational guidance and guidance counselor necessarily lead to a decline in the level of performance, and the presence of some relational problems between principals and school and vocational guidance and guidance counselors.
