|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحليل مدى فعالية الاستثمار الأجنبي في العراق وتأثير كل من مؤشرات الربحية والسيولة في تفعيله، حيث تم الاعتماد على عينة من المصارف العراقية الحكومية والخاصة وبلغ عددها 6 مصارف، للقيام بالتحليلات المالية وقياس الفرضيات للوصول إلى نتائج عديدة منها وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لمؤشرات الربحية والسيولة على تفعيل الاستثمار الأجنبي في العراق، بمعنى آخر، يبدو أن القطاع المصرفي له دور في جذب وتشجيع الاستثمار الأجنبي في البلاد. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبسيط وتحسين الإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بالاستثمار الأجنبي في القطاع المصرفي من قبل الجهات الحكومية والرقابية هذا سيجعلها أكثر جاذبية للمستثمرين الأجانب.
|b The current study aims to analyse the effectiveness of foreign investment in Iraq and the impact of both profitability and liquidity indicators on its operationalization A sample of 6 Iraqi state and private banks was relied upon; To carry out financial analyses and measure hypotheses to arrive at several results, including a statistically significant impact of profitability and liquidity indicators on the activation of foreign investment in Iraq In other words, the banking sector seems to have a role in attracting and encouraging foreign investment in the country. The study recommended that the need to streamline and improve the legal and regulatory procedures relating to foreign investment in the banking sector by government and regulatory bodies will make it more attractive to foreign investors.
