المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تحديد تأثير القدرة التنافسية (قوة الموردين، قوة المنافسة، قوة العملاء) وتحسين كفاءة الإنتاجية (تخطيط الإنتاج، جودة الإنتاج، الرقابة على الإنتاج) لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة بشركات الفوسفات المصرية، واعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبق على اربع شركات في قطاع الفوسفات المصري تم توزيع قائمة الاستقصاء على المسؤلين بعينة (١٦٠) مفردة، والاستمارات الصحيحة (١٥٢) مفردة، وتوصلت النتائج إلى تحديد أهم الاشترطات الأساسية في اختيار الموردين الأكفاء لتوريد مواد خام الفوسفات مطابقة للمواصفات، لتحقيق قوة المنافسة المحلية والدولية وفتح أسواق جديدة قادرة على التنافسية، وتحقيق رضاء العملاء عند اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية لاختيار وتطوير منتجات جديدة، لتحقيق جودة الإنتاجية طبقا للمواصفات والمعايير الدولية للحد من الآثار الضارة لها على البيئة والإنسان. توصى الباحثة بالتركيز على تحديد مهلة زمنية قصيرة في تصميم سلسلة التوريد، ودعم الأفكار الإبداعية لتنمية القدرة التنافسية للاستفادة من خفض تكاليف الإنتاج باستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة، ومشاركة العملاء في تحسين كفاءة الإنتاجية، بالإضافة إلى تحديد الوقت الازم لإنجاز كل نشاط بالعملية الإنتاجية وتكلفتها بكفاءة، ومراقبة الأنشطة الإنتاجية للحد من الهدر باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة الصديقة للبيئة، والسعي لإعادة تدوير المخلفات الإنتاجية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة وإنتاج منتجات عضوية.

The research aimed to determine the impact of competitiveness (supplier strength, competitive strength, customer strength) and improve productivity efficiency (production planning, production quality, production control) to achieve sustainable development in Egyptian phosphate companies, and relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and applied to four companies in the Egyptian phosphate sector The survey list was distributed to officials with a sample of (160) single, and the correct forms (152) single The results reached the identification of the most important basic requirements in the selection of efficient suppliers to supply phosphate raw materials conforming to specifications, to achieve the strength of local and international competition, open new markets capable of competitiveness, and achieve customer satisfaction when making strategic decisions to choose and develop new products, to achieve the quality of productivity in accordance with international specifications and standards to reduce their harmful effects on the environment and humans. The researcher recommends focusing on setting a short lead time in the design of the supply chain, supporting creative ideas to develop competitiveness to benefit from reducing production costs using modern technology, and customer participation in improving production efficiency. In addition to determining the time required to complete each activity in the production process and its cost efficiently, monitoring production activities to reduce waste using modern environmentally friendly technologies, and seeking to recycle productive waste to achieve sustainable development and produce organic products.
