المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مدى فعالية وكفاية دور المدرسة الوطنية للإدارة في إعداد وتنمية قيادات المستقبل في المنظمات الحكومية الفلسطينية، وإيضاح مستوى التنسيق الذي تقوم به المدرسة الوطنية مع الجهات المختصة لتنمية القيادات. وبالإضافة إلى التعرف على مدى رضا قيادات المستقبل عن دور المدرسة الوطنية. ولتحقيق غرض الدراسة فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال إجراء (10) مقابلات مع كل من المدربين والمتدربين ومدير المدرسة الوطنية للإدارة، وتوزيع (70) استمارة على المتدربين وديوان الموظفين العام. وفي النهاية توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المدرسة الوطنية للإدارة لعبت دورا فعالاً في صقل المهارات لدى المتدربين، وأحدثت نقلة نوعية في الواقع الوظيفي فأسست وبنت قيادات قادرة على مواكبة الواقع الوظيفي المتجدد في البيئة الفلسطينية، وفي القطاع العام خاصة ويتضح ذلك جليا بالنتائج التي توضح أن فعالية وكفالية دور المدرسة الوطنية عال، ومستوى تنسيق المدرسة الوطنية مع الجهات المختصة عال أيضاً، وكذلك الحال يوجد رضا عال من قبل القيادات حول دور المدرسة الوطنية للإدارة. واستناداً لذلك كانت أبرز التوصيات هي ضرورة العمل على متابعة المتدربين بالتنسيق مع رؤسائهم بالعمل، وتقديم مقترحات لهم بقدرات المتدربين الواجب استثمارها وتعزيزها وصقلها في بيئة العمل.

This study aims to identify the effectiveness and adequacy of the role of the National School of Ad-ministration in preparing and developing future leaders in Palestinian governmental organizations, Clarify the level of coordination carried out by the National School with the competent authorities for leadership development. In addition to identifying the extent to which future leaders are satisfied with the role of the National School. To achieve the purpose of the study, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach by conducting (10) interviews with each of the trainers, trainees, and the director of the National School of Administration. And distribution of (70) forms to the trainees and the General Personnel Office. In the end, the study concluded that the National School of Administration played an effective role in refining the skills of the trainees, and it brought about a qualitative leap in the job reality, so it established and built leaders capable of keeping pace with the renewed job reality in the Palestinian environment, and in the public sec-tor. This is clearly demonstrated by the results that show that the effectiveness and adequacy of the role of the National School is high, the level of coordination of the National School with the competent authorities is also high, as is the case with high satisfaction from the leaders about the role of the National School of Administration. Based on this, the most prominent recommendations were the need to work on following up the trainees in coordination with their superiors at work, and to provide them with suggestions on the trainees' abilities to be invested, strengthened, and refined in the work environment.
