|a هدف البحث إلى المعارف والمعلومات التي ينبغي أن تتوافر في مدرب كرة السلة لمرحلة كبار السن، المهارات التدريبية التي ينبغي أن تتوافر في مدرب كرة السلة لمرحلة كبار السن (تخطيط _ تنفيذ- تقويم)، المهارات التكنولوجية التي ينبغي أن تتوافر في مدرب كرة السلة لمرحلة كبار السن مهارات التواصل التي ينبغي أن تتوافر في مدرب كرة السلة لمرحلة كبار السن. حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث. وتمثل مجتمع البحث في المدربين والعاملين في مجال كرة السلة المسجلين بالاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية من مدربي كرة السلة والعاملين والتي بلغ عددهم (٢٠٤) بالإضافة إلى عينة استطلاعية للتقنين العلمي للاستمارة وقوامها (۳۰) مدرب بهدف أجراء المعاملات الإحصائية (الصدق- الثبات) أهم الاستنتاجات: الالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة التحدث وقوة التأثير على كبار السن، مراعاة الفروق الفردية. المعرفة الكاملة ببطولات كبار السن مثل بطولة ال Masters التي تنظمها ال MBA. معرفة المبادئ الميكانكية والفسيولوجية وأهم التغيرات المرتبطة بالأعداد البدني المرتبطة بتدريب كرة السلة، معرفة الخصائص الجسمية والفسيولوجية المصاحبة لكبار السن ،الاهتمام بالنواحي الفسيولوجية والتشريحية.
|b Research Objective: Knowledge and information that should be available in the basketball coach for the elderly stage. Training skills that should be available in the basketball coach for the elderly stage (planning- implementation- evaluation). The technological skills that should be available in the basketball coach for the elderly stage. Communication skills that should be available in the basketball coach for the elderly. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research. The research community is represented by coaches and basketball workers registered with the Egyptian Basketball Federation.The sample was randomly selected from basketball coaches and workers, which numbered (204) in addition to an exploratory sample for the scientific codification of the form and the strength of (30) coaches in order to conduct statistical transactions (honesty- stability) Conclusions Speaking and the power of influence on the elderly. Take into account individual differences. Full knowledge of senior tournaments such as the Masters tournament organized by the MBA. Knowledge of mechanical and physiological principles and the most important changes related to physical numbers associated with basketball training. Know the physical and physiological characteristics associated with the elderly.
